Mr. Fruscalzo brings to Stockosaurus a breadth of experience in banking, computer system security, and involvement in public companies. He worked with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as Comptroller in its internal audit and financial reporting section for 5 years after studying Economics at University of British Columbia. Mr. Fruscalzo also has experience and education in Computer Information Systems, and for a decade was a Technical Support Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst with the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch where he was responsible for designing, testing and implementing retail management software and networks, and for providing procedural and technical support. Mr. Fruscalzo has 25 years of experience in capital markets as a director and officer of publicly listed companies in Canada and the United States. He obtained a CSC Certificate from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2003.
